Pricing starts at $109.00 and is determined by the sale price of the house. Use the scheduling page to view current pricing and availability.
We try to accommodate your preferred delivery method. Most clients prefer Dropbox because it is fast, easy, and convenient. Zip files are also available if needed.

Many times we have next-day availability, but the business is seasonal and wait times can be longer during busy periods. Our goal is usually a day or two.
We offer a 24-hour guarantee on still photos. If you do not see an email by the next morning, please call, text, or email us in case the delivery message was caught by a spam filter.
Payment is due at the time of service. If an electronic invoice is sent, we allow a reasonable amount of time for payment.
You will be billed by email. Most clients prefer to pay online by credit card through our secure QuickBooks payment option, but payment at the time of service is also available.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including American Express.
We do not count photos. Every home has a story, and we take the number of photos needed to tell that story. Larger homes often receive 50 to 75 finished photos.
If the weather is not in your best interest for photos, we can reschedule. As long as the booking is changed before we leave for the shoot, there is no charge.
Yes. Twilight photography is available at a flat rate of $150.00. We usually arrive early so everything is ready for the best light as the sun sets.
